By downloading or using BiciGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
BiciGo is a personal habit-tracking tool that helps you log bike rides and maintain a daily streak. It is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.
BiciGo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always ride responsibly: obey all traffic laws, wear appropriate safety equipment such as a helmet, and stay aware of your surroundings. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any exercise routine. You are solely responsible for your own safety and health. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your cycling activity or your use of the app.
Ride distances, durations, streaks, and statistics — including data imported from Apple Health — are provided on a best-effort basis and may not be exact. Do not rely on BiciGo for any purpose that requires precise or medically accurate measurements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. Since your data is stored locally, you are responsible for any backups you may wish to keep.
BiciGo, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by the App Store terms.
BiciGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
